The round-up for the fifth TGRWT (They Go Really Well Together), which asked us to create a dish that blends chocolate and beef, seems to have disappeared from the web. Such is life. These are the recipes from the TGRWT #5 that I was able to find with Google:

Pork in chocolate and prune sauce

Evelin from Bounteous Bites adapted a traditional Italian recipe to create a sweet and sour chocolate meat.


Beef Wellington chocolate

Dennis, from Kookjegek, inspired by a recipe from Gordon Ramsay, created a Beef Wellington with a chocolate sauce.


Grilled pork tenderloin with chocolate beef stock cream

Martin from Khymos created a beef stock with chocolate sauce, inspired by a Ferran Adrià recipe, to go with grilled pork tenderloin.


Chili Chocolate Elk and Beef Jerky

Anders from Andart tried several experiments combining reindeer and elk jerky with Lindt chili chocolate.


Liver Soup with Almonds, Cinnamon, & Chocolate

Inspired by a recipe published in the early 1800s (and traditional Italian recipes), M. from M’s Blog created a soup from a base of puréed chicken livers, almonds, and onions.


Chili con Cocoa

Chef Mom from The Miller Melting Pot created a variant of the Chili con Carne.


Rum-braised Beef & Chocolate Ravioli

Andrew at Blinded by Science created a rum-braised beef & chocolate ravioli served with a golden raisin emulsion and a sweet pea emulsion.


Koko Keebee

Papin from Flavor Alchemy modified a traditional Eastern Mediterranean recipe to create a chocolate seasoned variant of kibbeh.
